To produce the layout and develop promotional material for the e-learning and the visibility of the Facing Facts Network
Background
The Facing Facts Network is a multi-disciplinary and inter-institutional group of members that works to better understand and address hate crime and hate speech in Europe through research, training and advocacy. We are seeking someone who can provide layout and design for occasional printed and online materials such as booklets, brochures, flyers, social media visuals, or the production of graphics for our online courses. The chosen supplier must be able to invoice within the EU.
The main types of services needed are:
- Developing visibility items’ design (brochures, flyers, roll ups, infographics etc.) for public and media events in line with the Facing Facts Network communications strategy and requirements;
- Developing colour palette consisting of different shades of standard colours;
- Developing layouts for projects’ publications (handbooks, toolkits, studies, guidelines, etc.), e-learning banners and print/online communications;
- Design of promotional materials: t-shirts, tote bags, pen/pencil
- Graphic elements to be used in publications and communication materials (cover pages, headers & footers, set of icons)
Eligibility criteria
- Take into account existing visual guidelines;
- Experience in creative graphic design;
- Keen to work in cooperation with the project team/partners;
Documents to be submitted for the tender:
- Statement of interest;
- Portfolio of samples of previously developed materials;
- Description of services;
- Indicative pricing for tasks described per hour and/or per day;
