Guidelines Workshop

Guidelines Workshop

In April 2012, the partnership and project experts, drawing from the pool of respondents to the data mapping survey, invited 5 organizations representing good practices in hate crime monitoring, and reflecting a geographic and issue-based diversity, to participate in a workshop to finalize the Guidelines for setting quality, comparable standards. The 5 organisations which attended the Guidelines Workshop were: In Iustizia from Czech Republic; the Movimiento contra la Intolerancia from Spain; Campaign against Homophobia from Poland; Jewish Community of Prague; and the Danish Institute of Human Rights.

The Guidelines Workshop sought to actively pursue the first goal of the Facing Facts! project of creating standardized criteria for data collection.
